HOW TO USE

• Wash and dry your vagina area and hands thoroughly.
• Lie on your back with your knees bent and legs slightly apart then gently insert ONE (1) pre-filled applicator into your vagina only as far as it will comfortably go. Must be done at NIGHT-TIME.
• Push the plunger of the applicator until it stops. Remove the applicator from the vagina slowly. Lie down for 30 minutes which will reduce leakage.
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Discard the applicator.
• The result will/may vary on each individual use of the product.
